How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it.

Sometimes packages are marked delivered a little early. Check with neighbors or your local post office. If it doesn’t show up within 48 hours, reach out and I’ll help.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take a little longer since they’re made just for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, I can usually make changes. Reach out as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! I love creating personalized tees, tumblers, and gifts. You can request custom names, themes, or colors through the Custom Orders page.

What shipping options do you offer?

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Expedited options may appear at checkout depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave the studio.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is available within the United States.

What brand of shirts do you use?

I use soft, high‑quality tees that are comfortable, durable, and perfect for everyday wear.

How do your shirts fit?

Most tees are unisex and run true to size. A size chart is included on each product page for easy reference.

How do I care for my items?

For best results, wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on non‑custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Are custom items returnable?

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an issue with your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away with photos so I can make it right.
